New Strangers

New Strangers is a continuation of the work begun twenty years ago, documenting pedestrians in the urban landscape. I hope to walk the downtowns of Indianapolis, Cleveland, Pittsburg, St. Louis, and many other American cities as long as I am able, and as long as I still find something in the stride, the gaze, the accidental gesture of strangers that communicates their complex humanity.
